New Handouts Available!

23 May

Any guests who have sailed with us recently may have seen that we have updated our session materials.  This is essential for us in our effort to deliver the most up-to-date and accurate course material for our valued Digital Workshop guests.  Well, in addition to having new presentations for everyone to partake in on all 15 of our Holland America Ships, this also means that we have new handouts for everyone should you want to practice, recreate, or master the skills learned on board when you return home.  Below are the links (click on the word unabridged or condensed) for the Unabridged full length handouts as well as the condensed handouts you received in class.

Just returned from sail on Westerdam. The classes were very well done (and attended) and the instructor was extremely well put together and put up with all of us on our own levels. What a wonderful … and free … add to my cruise! I am now starting to download the programs and make use of the things I learned!

What a wonderful idea – providing technical classes!! Only problem was too many alternative things to do and some sessions were not repeated so I didn’t get to some of the sessions I would have liked to.

Some sessions had more people than computers – heck, more people than chairs!! I’ve downloaded all the handout pdfs and hope to learn more as I go. What a wonderful idea!!

    Re: Windows Live Photo Gallery,
I cannot find a handout on how to do the fusion of two photographs when one photo had some but not all people looking good but the second photo had that person looking good. We covered it in the class on the Volendam. Can you please tell me how to do the fusion again? or show me the handout? Thank you. I learned a lot in the cruise classes.
